These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made through it. The price, timing, placement and collection terms for a booking are confirmed with you before service.

1. About us

Skip and Squat (Pty) Ltd provides skip-bin hire in Benoni and surrounding areas within a 50km service radius. Contact us at 070 730 8230 or info@skipandsquat.co.za.

2. Quotes and bookings

Website prices and availability may change. A booking is confirmed only after we agree the service details, price, delivery location and payment arrangements with you. Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

3. Access and placement

You must provide safe, suitable access and identify an appropriate placement area. You are responsible for obtaining any permission required to place a skip on public or third-party property.

4. Acceptable waste

Do not load hazardous chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, batteries or other prohibited material. Tell us before booking if you are unsure. Additional handling, failed collection or disposal costs caused by prohibited or overloaded waste may be charged after discussion with you.

5. Hire period and collection

Keep the skip secure and accessible during the agreed period. Changes to delivery or collection should be requested as early as possible and remain subject to availability.

6. Website use

You may use this site to learn about our services and submit genuine enquiries. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the site or submit unlawful content.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by website downtime or information supplied incorrectly by a user.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. South African law applies.
